Transforms Hockey Performance Program is a hockey specific personal training program that incorporates 3 gym/ice/classroom sessions per week.
Gym sessions are in groups of no more than 5 athletes to ensure appropriate individual instruction. Seminars include a wide range of topics such as nutrition and supplementation, visualization techniques, and skating mechanics. Video of each players skating stride will be recorded and analyzed 1-on-1 with Adam Geric.
All programs use the most up to date periodization techniques to ensure athletes get the most out of each workout while ensuring appropriate recovery times. All programs will incorporate components of strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and mental performance.
