Transform's Junior Training Program is designed for athletes aged 12 to 16 who are looking to train during the summer evenings 3 days per week.
Gym sessions are conveniently held at IT Clubs Wellness Centre (1551 Cedar Hill X Rd). This private facility is perfect for the small group of the Junior Training Program and allows for personalized training.
All programs use the most up to date periodization techniques to ensure athletes get the most out of each workout while ensuring appropriate recovery times. All programs will incorporate strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and mental performance.
