Transform's Spring Hockey Performance Program is a hockey specific training program that follows our typical all-inclusive approach to guarantee results!
We combine gym training, with educational seminars, and on-ice development to maximize off-season development
All gym sessions are a minimum of 1.25 hours (Pro 2 hours) and always incorporate mobility, training, and recovery portions.
Seminars will include a wide range of topics such as nutrition, sleep, visualization, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and skating mechanics.
Program Highlights:
- 8 Weeks of Full Time Training (1-4 per week options)
- Up to 75 Hours of Instruction
- Weekly On-Ice Development Sessions in June (except Gr 1)

- Pro (BCHL, WHL, College, Pro) - Mon-Thur, 9-11am
- Group 3 (2009+) - Contact for schedule
- Group 2 (2010-2011) - Tues/Thurs/Fri, 5:15-6:30pm
- Group 1 (2012-2014) - Tues/Thurs, 4-5:15pm
