The Speed Camp is a 2-month hockey specific program that uniquely combines on-ice and gym training sessions, strictly focusing on increasing game situation speed.
This one of a kind program strategically progresses through body/edge control, acceleration, long strides, change of direction, transitions, and situational skills. All on-ice sessions are tied back to gym training sessions developing players into faster and more confident athletes!
