Transform's Spring Hockey Performance Program is a hockey specific training program that follows our typical all-inclusive approach to guarantee results!
We combine gym training, with educational seminars, and on-ice development to maximize off-season development
All gym sessions are a minimum of 1.25 hours (Pro 2 hours) and always incorporate mobility, training, and recovery portions.
Seminars will include a wide range of topics such as nutrition, sleep, visualization, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and skating mechanics.
All programs use the most up to date periodization techniques to ensure athletes get the most out of each workout while ensuring appropriate recovery times. All programs will incorporate strength, power, speed, stability, mobility, and mental performance.
