Kinesiologist/Athletic TherapistGraduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, Jordan is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Practicing Kinesiologist. Her main focuses in the clinic are helping clients understand their injuries and collaboratively working with clients to get them back to their activities.
Growing up in Victoria, Jordan did competitive gymnastics and spent lots of time in the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and biking. Through sports, she experienced how an injury can be overwhelming and that the right team for rehabilitation can show you injury is not something to be tackled alone. Athletic Therapists assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries, (acute and chronic) to determine the best rehabilitation plan. Through manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation techniques, Jordan looks at how to best manage the current injury and prevent recurring injuries.

Registered Massage TherapistJordan graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and has been practicing in Victoria ever since. She cites her time working with Rugby Canada and the Vancouver Canucks training camp as the biggest highlights of her massage therapy education. Prior to her RMT career, she received a degree in sports management from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. Growing up in the Okanagan, Jordan played every sport she could get her hands on but developed a special love for hockey, soccer and snowboarding. As an RMT, she loves working with young athletes as well as active people of all ages, believing that you're never too old to play. Jordan's philosophy is treating the person first and the condition second, noting that treatment will look different for everyone and tailoring each visit to the patient's needs that day. She has a keen interest in treating post-surgical patients, chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries, as well as preventative injury maintenance. In treatment she uses a variety of modalities including trigger point therapy, active and passive release techniques, myofascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue massage, looking to strike a balance between therapeutic and restorative.
