  • Registered Massage Therapist

    Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist

    With over 20 years of experience, Ingrid brings a passion for movement and recovery to every session. A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, she has extensive experience working with athletes of all levels.

    An active swimmer and skier growing up,  Ingrid understands the demands of an active lifestyle. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage to support injury and concussion recovery, reduce pain, and enhance performance. Tailoring each treatment to suit the individuals needs and preferences   — helping clients stay active and feel their best.

  • Clinical Counsellor - Health/Performance

    Dr. Pinel is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BC Association of Clinical Counsellors), has a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology, and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (Canadian Sport Psychology Association & Association for Applied Sport Psychology).

    Dr. Pinel has extensive experience working with clients and corporations in the areas of performance, health, and wellness. Specifically, Dr. Pinel’s expertise include mental performance enhancement for sport / recreation / active living / work / school, health and injury management and return to function, career planning & transition, team / workplace dynamics, self-esteem & confidence, stress & anxiety management, and sleep management.

    From a hockey perspective, Dr. Pinel has worked with teams and players at all levels, including the NHL, Hockey Canada, NCAA, Major Jr, Jr A, Jr. B, and elite academy / representative. Further, Dr. Pinel has worked across many high-performance sports including professional sport, Olympic & Paralympic, National, Provincial, and local. He has been a member of Team Canada at the Olympics, Paralympics, Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games, World Cups, World Championships, and other major international sporting events.

  • Acupuncturist

    Justin is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) trained at Oshio College of Acupuncture in Victoria and the Traditional Chinese Medicine College of Ontario. With a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine, he specializes in relieving chronic pain, treating sports-related injuries, and enhancing overall physical performance through acupuncture, TuiNa (deep tissue massage), and individualized treatment formulas.

    His approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and active listening, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey.

    Beyond the clinic, Justin cultivates balance through meditation, Qi Gong, time in nature, and creative carpentry projects, all of which inspire the care he provides. His goal is to share the profound benefits of Acupuncture with his community, helping others experience the same healing and harmony that first inspired him.

  • Chiropractor

    Dr. Jess recently graduated from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

    Born and raised in Victoria, BC, her love for movement and sport, whether tennis, volleyball, or golf has shaped her approach to health and healing. She believes that staying active is one of the most powerful ways to care for your body, and she brings that same philosophy into her chiropractic care.

    Her practice focuses on mindful movement, personalized treatment, and long-term wellness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing pain, or simply aiming to move and feel your best, her goal is to guide and support you every step of the way.

    She believes every body is unique and deserves personalized care. Her approach combines gentle, evidence-informed adjustments, movement education, and rehabilitation exercises to reduce pain, restore mobility, and prevent future issues.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Zach is a Physiotherapist who earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria.

    With a background as a competitive hockey goaltender and strength and conditioning coach, he brings a high-performance perspective to his clinical practice, including extensive experience coaching athletes from the VIJHL, BCHL, ECHL, AHL, and NHL Draft Picks.

    Zach blends hands-on manual therapy with active rehabilitation, coaching patients in movement quality and injury prevention to help them recover, perform, and stay healthy. He also has a strong passion for neurological rehabilitation and is dedicated to improving function, confidence, and long-term quality of life for all patients.

  • CLINICAL COUNSELLOR

    Sam is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia with specialized training in high-performance athlete support, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Sam holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and Neuroscience, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.

    Drawing on her background in high-performance athletics and neuroscience, she brings a holistic, mind-body approach to working with athletes and high-performing individuals navigating performance optimization, injury recovery, and burnout. She also supports individuals navigating disordered eating, chronic health conditions, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Sam’s practice integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She works collaboratively with adolescents and adults to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop strategies that support you to reach your goals while honouring your whole self.

  • Kinesiologist/Athletic Therapist

    Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, Jordan is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Practicing Kinesiologist. Her main focuses in the clinic are helping clients understand their injuries and collaboratively working with clients to get them back to their activities.

    Growing up in Victoria, Jordan did competitive gymnastics and spent lots of time in the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and biking. Through sports, she experienced how an injury can be overwhelming and that the right team for rehabilitation can show you injury is not something to be tackled alone. Athletic Therapists assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries, (acute and chronic) to determine the best rehabilitation plan. Through manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation techniques, Jordan looks at how to best manage the current injury and prevent recurring injuries.

  • Athletic Therapist

    Jake Willhelm holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic & Exercise Therapy from Camosun College. He’s passionate about helping people recover from injury and get back to what they love. Jake grew up playing minor hockey, advanced to the South Island Royals AAA program, and went on to play four years of Junior B—giving him a strong firsthand understanding of the demands athletes face.

    Currently working as an Athletic Therapist with the Victoria Shamrocks and the Victoria Grizzlies, Jake brings a strong focus on manual therapy and exercise-based rehab. We’re excited to welcome him to the team at Transform Rehabilitation Centre!

  • Kinesiologist

    Celia was born in Spain but grew up on Salt Spring Island, BC. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western University where she developed a strong foundation in human movement, rehabilitation, and performance. Throughout her studies, she worked with rugby, lacrosse, and wrestling teams, gaining hands-on experience in athletic care, injury prevention and movement analysis. She also volunteered as a physiotherapy assistant with many professional teams, which further shaped her interest in bridging clinical rehab with on-field performance.

    After graduating, she moved to Madrid to pursue a Master’s in Sports Science. Living and studying abroad has expanded both her clinical perspective and cultural understanding of health and movement. She focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and creating practical, personalized plans that help people move better and feel stronger in their daily lives.

    Outside of clinical work she stays active through strength training, walking her Australian shepherd, and exploring new places. Whether working with athletes or individuals looking to reconnect with movement, she aims to support people in building confidence, resilience, and long-term health.

  • Nutritionist

    Melissa Rozell

    Melissa is a former nationally ranked fitness competitor and brings vast amount of health and wellness knowledge. She is a CanFitPro Certified Fitness Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach and is First Aid/CPR Certified yearly. With a driven focus on the client and their individual needs, she can help build a program that will ensure her clients achieve their goals.

    In her spare time, she is a Certified Dental Assistant, a mother of 6 and helps run the family meal prep business.

    Todd Rozell

    With a unique blend of culinary expertise and holistic nutrition credentials, Todd brings both passion and professionalism to the pursuit of healthful living. His journey has been shaped by a commitment to understanding the science of nutrition while celebrating the joys of cooking good food.

    Todd is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), Certified Natural Health Practitioner (CNHP) through Alive Academy (Vancouver), and a Red Seal Chef. His goal is to help people feel and achieve their best through nutrition and dietary lifestyle.

    Together, Melissa and Todd combine their complementary talents to inspire others on their wellness journeys. Their shared dedication to health living creates a dynamic partnerships, where fitness and nutrition intersect to empower individuals to reach their fullest potential.
