DEVELOPMENT 1
Our Development 1 program offers a full academy experience for grades 7 and 8, combining schoolhouse education with gym and ice training. Focused on building foundational skills, athleticism, and academic growth, this program prepares young athletes for future success on and off the ice.

The Development 2 program is a comprehensive academy for high school athletes (grades 9-12) that integrates school, gym, and ice training. Tailored to enhance advanced skills, fitness, and mental toughness, this program ensures players are prepared for the next level of competition and success in their hockey careers.
HYBRID
Our Hybrid Program lets you stay at your chosen school while training on the ice and in the gym with us. Balance academics and top-tier hockey development seamlessly.
PRIVATE TRAINING
1 on 1 private training
Our 1:1 Personal Training program is for athletes and individuals of all levels, from beginners just starting to work out to seasoned athletes looking to enhance their training and recovery.
Work directly with our expert Strength and Conditioning coaches, Adam Geric, Chris Phillips, and Cody Sahlstrom to create a personalized program tailored to your specific goals—whether it's improving strength, speed, mobility, recovery, or overall fitness.

Our Team Training option at Transform Sports Performance Centre is designed to meet the specific goals of your team, focusing on strength, power, speed, mobility, stability, and skill development.
With 75-minute sessions led by professional trainers, your team will train in a private, fully-equipped facility that accommodates 20 athletes while maintaining individualized attention and safety.

All programs are private and use the most up to date periodization techniques to ensure athletes get the most out of each workout, while ensuring appropriate recovery times.
Programs incorporate components of strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and mental performance dependant on your sport and needs.
