This program is a hockey specific training program that strategically incorporates gym training sessions, on-ice skating & skill development with educational seminars to create the most prepared athlete.
In addition to training sessions, athletes will be provided daily supplements and benefit from educational seminars that include a wide range of topics such as nutrition, sleep, visualization, game video, and skating mechanics.
All programs use the most up-to-date periodization techniques to ensure athletes get the most out of each workout while ensuring appropriate recover times. All programs incorporate strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, mobility, recover, and mental preparation.
